Shipping policy

Once a tracking number has been allocated to a parcel it will then be booked in to be picked up by a New Zealand Post courier driver.

We ship all over our parcels via overnight courier with New Zealand Post which gives a delivery time of 1-3 working days. Please be aware these charts below indicate an approximate delivery time not the order processing time. There will be a processing time for your order separate from the delivery time. The order processing time may take up to 3-5 working days. We make all of our candles to order therefore we would need to make & package your candle(s) which can take up to 3-5 working days.

Please make sure before contacting us with an update on the tracking of your parcel, please contact New Zealand Post once we have allocated a tracking number to your parcel and once your parcel has been collected via New Zealand Post as we no longer are handling the parcel to give updates.

If tracking indicates the delivery was successful however you have not received your order please contact us immediately for us to escalate with New Zealand Post to investigate. If your item arrives damaged please contact us immediately as we place high importance on packing your product with care and we want to make sure it arrives to you as how it left us.
